One house, three apartments
One apartment on each floor
Each one is for two people. Apartment 1 is on the ground floor, with no stairs but less daylight. Apartments 2 and 3 are identical, 25 m² each, up a wooden staircase.

A terrace on top of the house
On top of the house is a terrace with tables and chairs. Guests of all three apartments share it. Above the roofs you can see St George's Church.

Vodopivčeva ulica is a narrow, quiet lane just above Tartini Square. The car stays in the car park and you walk everywhere.

“The apartment is very close to the Tartini square, really 2-3 mins away. Very nice furnished room, kitchen corner and bathroom. The whole apartment is very stylish. The room is equipped well, all descriptions on booking.com were correct.”

The apartments are small
22 and 25 m² for two: a bedroom area, a kitchenette and a shower room. There is little space for clothes and few hooks, and the bathrooms are narrow.

The car stays in the car park
The old town is closed to cars. You park in the Fornače car park, about €30 for a full day, and come in by bus or on foot.

Stairs or the ground floor
A wooden staircase leads to Apartments 2 and 3 and the terrace; there is no lift. Apartment 1 on the ground floor gets less daylight, and its bathroom has a low sloping ceiling.

The terrace is shared
The apartments have no balconies of their own. The terrace on top of the house is for the guests of all three.
